By grace of Lord Ganesh, MMAD could continue the tradition of Ganesh Festival in spite of all the obstacles. Lord's 'pratisthapana' was performed on 23rd AUG 2009 in the residence of Mr. Ashish Kudtarkar (alias Nandu) in the presence of available committee members and trustees.
Mandal thanked Aashish and Aastha Kudtarkar for their generous and courageous gesture and for making their house available for one and half day pooja. Although it was not possible to invite all the Maharashtra Mandal Members for darshan due to the constraints beyond Mandals control, it had made arrangements to distribute Prasad to the members.
It was very appreciative gesture of Mandal Members to understand the situation and to extend the cooperation to the committee. |
